    Primary Responsibilities:

      Directly work with hospitals, in person, via phone, fax, or email, to help improve patient safety and build on new and existing relationships
      Maintain accurate client records
      Identify and resolve client’s concerns
      Follow up on all leads
      Ensure pricing is correct
      Check with inventory to ensure product is in stock
      Must have great closing skills and able to process orders over the phone and via email.
    Requirements/Skills:
      Must be self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team to meet or exceed goals
      Position requires previous cold calling experience
      Must be organized with good time management skills
      Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to present and communicate in a professional manner
      Attend sales meetings and training
    Qualifications:
      Legally eligible to work in the United States
      High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
      Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, prior phones sales experience is preferred

  • Biomedical Telemetry Technician

    Overview: Under the supervision of the Service Manager, performs repairs on various medical devices and equipment; mainly servicing and repairing telemetry units.
    Utilizes troubleshooting skills and test equipment, process documents and drawings, disassembling and assembling devices, hand soldering components, to perform a full spectrum of repairs. Responsible for performing technical testing and verification of completed assemblies, and sub-assemblies. Records test results and other data into a computerized business system.

    Responsibilities

      Diagnose problems with customer medical equipment using industry knowledge as well as company procedures to determine what type of repairs are necessary to return equipment to end use.
      Execute repair and assembly of products for shipment to customers.
      Document inventory receipts, shipments, and movement of equipment as required.
      Follow all policies and procedures regarding clean work area and environmental issues
      Adhere to quality system standards and procedures, and ensure customer requirements and needs are met.
      Participates in corrective and preventive action process
      Continually seek to improve processes and workflow
    Minimum Qualifications
      Medical device troubleshooting and repair experience preferred, with a focus on patient monitoring, infusion pumps, and ventilators desired.
      Extensive experience using typical shop equipment and small hand tools on small scale products
      Proper ESDS procedures
      At least 2 years of experience and demonstrated ability to follow written instructions and understand basic engineering documentation – drawings, diagrams, and procedures
      Advanced knowledge of electronic test equipment
      Direct experience interfacing with work order/inventory control modules of an MRP system
      Direct experience with FDA/ISO work environment as it relates to incident reporting, nonconforming materials procedures, and equipment calibration.
      High school diploma required. Two-year technical degree or equivalent experience desirable
      IPC or J-STD-001 certification strongly desired
      Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel and must be capable of learning new software programs introduced into the workflow by the company from time to time
      Ability to adapt quickly to change and work in a rapidly evolving environment
      Good oral and written communication skills
      Ability to work in a highly regulated medical device environment
      Must be well organized and process oriented
      Ability to interact with others effectively

    Requirements/Skills:

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Shipping & Receiving Clerk

    Job Responsibilities
    You will be responsible for general shipping and receiving tasks such as receiving, unpacking, checking, and storing merchandise or materials, performing inventory duties. In this role you will fill requisitions and orders. You will be required to operate a forklift and reach truck (electric). You will be required to be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedure within a particular field.

    Additional responsibilities for the Warehouse Associate will include:

      Packing and shipping products and materials to distribution center, departments, or assembly line
      Performs a variety of tasks within a warehouse environment
      Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.
      Have experience using a computer input.
      Experience with shipping and logistics requirements
      Works under general supervision; typically reports to a supervisor or manager
      Additional duties as needed
      Must be able to lift, push or pull at least 20 pounds
      Must have good attendance
      Ability to interact well with all team members
      Able to handle multiple duties during the day
